The location was excellent. Many bars and restaurants were nearby, and the football ground was just a 10-minute walk. The staff provided super friendly service. I experienced no problems at all . The room was very comfy and tidy, which I appreciated after a long day.
The dog charge was not listed clearly and felt very excessive.

i found the room very clean and well equipped. usb sockets next to the bed were useful, so i did not need an adapter. every staff member i interacted with was lovely and helpful (especially simon, the receptionist on the night of the 31st).
the breakfast was very basic and not great quality (i stayed 2 nights).

the location was great it was close to a venue i wanted to visit and some local places to eat i also liked that the hotel had a bar and seating area. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable i thought it was great value. the staff was really helpful i found the breakfast was lovely too.
the room temperature was poor i couldn't get the air con working i had to use a portable heater. it rained heavily and water came through the closed window a considerable amount dripped onto the wall socket. we found an evening meal at the hotel was overpriced the pizza was poor quality with no option of salad.
